Nurse Practitioner - Physician Assistant - Midwife

Obstetrics & Gynecology Outpatient Clinic

 Mission- Provide excellent healthcare by promoting wellness, education and healing through trusting relationships.

The Advanced Practice Provider will work with the collaborating physicians and healthcare team to:

• Provide comprehensive compassionate healthcare to women
• Educate women on steps to gain control of their health and wellness
• Manage OB & GYN patients in an outpatient setting, including IUD insertion, perinatal exams, fetal heart tone assessment, cervical exams, postpartum depression and checks
• Work closely with OB/GYN physicians in a busy office supporting women from adolescence to motherhood, to menopause and beyond
• Midwife would work in office, manage at times laboring patients in hospital, & potentially assist OBGYN in cases

• 4-day work week, Monday – Thursday 8:30am - 5pm
• No weekends, No call

Requirements:

• Completion of accredited PA or NP program
• Midwife must be a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM)
• Valid and unrestricted DEA, RN and APRN license, or PA license in Indiana
• Women’s Health NP and/or OBGYN experience a plus
• Flexibility and willingness to work with a team
• Must have excellent critical thinking skills and strong OBGYN knowledge base
• EPIC experience recommended
